This sourcesays that the Tui Cakau is the Paramount Chief of theTovata Confederacy.As theVunivalu of Bauand head ofKubunais widely regarded as the highest chief, and theRoko Tui DreketiofBurebasagaas the second, it logically follows, I think, that the head of Tovata has to be the third. I don't think this is correct I will try and find some reference in this regard to help, the Roko Tui Dreketi, the Vunivalu and the Tui Cakau will sit as equals neither being subordinate to the other.
