Career

Sumirah started her career by following theAsian Championships1971 in Jakarta, she won a bronze medal after being defeated byUtami Dewi[1]and get another bronze medal at the1980 IBF World Championshipsafter being defeated byVerawaty Wiharjoin women's singles. Sumirah was a member of severalIndonesianUber Cup(women's international) teams, helping the1975 teamto win the world championship.[2]
