The Dean Caseis a 1983 Australian TV movie which was the first of four telemovies calledVerdictproduced by theABCdramatising real cases (the others beingThe Amorous Dentist,Who Killed Hannah Jane?,andThe Schippan Mystery).[1]
Plot
[edit]The movie tells the story ofGeorge Dean,aSydney-based ferry boat master, arrested in 1895 for attempting to poison his wife.[2]
