Toltén Riveris ariverlocated in theLa Araucanía RegionofChile.It rises atVillarrica Lake,close to the city of thesame name.Its major tributary is theAllipén River.From its confluence with the Allipén, the river follows abraidedcourse.
After flowing for about 123 km, the river reaches thePacific OceannearPunta Nilhue,where it is about 500 m wide.[1]
