Trancamis a typical dish ofCentral Javawhich is similar tourap,consisting ofbean sprouts,long beans,lemon basilleaves and finely slicednapa cabbage.Everything is served fresh, stirred with grated coconut and seasoned withgarlic,chili pepperandkencur.

According tosajiansedap.comviaKompas.com,trancam is one of urap variants. Most of the ingredients are still raw including vegetables and seasonings, except the coconut which is steamed.[1]
