5-Trifluoromethyl-2-aminoindane(TAI) is apsychoactive drugandresearch chemicalwith putativeentactogeniceffects. It functions as aselective serotonin releasing agent(SSRA). TAI is theaminoindaneanalogueofnorfenfluramineand is approximately 50% asneurotoxicin comparison.[1]
