Uda(Vũ đà thị,Uda-shi)is acitylocated in northeasternNara Prefecture,Japan.
The modern city of Uda was established on January 1, 2006, the towns ofHaibara,ŌudaandUtano,and the village ofMurō(all fromUda District).[1][2]
Population
[edit]As of December 29, 2005, the city had an estimatepopulationof 38,648 and apopulation densityof 155.35 persons per km2.As of April 1, 2015, the city has an estimated population of 31,274 and 13,128households.The population density is 145.64 persons per km2,and the total area is 247.62 km2.[citation needed]
Each former town became award.The wards here are ordinary wards of a city, unlike the23 special wardsofTokyo.

[edit]Located in the YamatoPlateauin northeasternNara Prefecture,it is surrounded bymountainsin all directions. TheKintetsuOsaka Linehas a major role intransportationin Uda.

[edit]Uda has ahumid subtropical climate(Köppen climate classificationCfa), which is hot and humid in the summer (above 30 °C (86 °F)) and is somewhat cold in the winter with temperatures dropping to around freezing (0 °C (32 °F)).
