Theleekis one of the national emblems of Wales, worn along with thedaffodil(in Welsh, the daffodil is known as "Peter's leek",Cenhinen Bedr) onSt. David's Day.According to onelegend,King CadwaladrofGwyneddordered his soldiers to identify themselves by wearing the vegetable on their helmets in an ancient battle against theSaxonsthat took place in a leek field.[1]

- Thanks, that was just an April Fool's joke. On a normal day I never do that. I'd thought of doing a joke for 1 April for the annual celebration.Iggy(Swan)16:42, 1 April 2019 (UTC)

Input
Per this (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Football#Catalonia;i have already dropped my two cents there), seems to me to be nothing but a separatist agenda. If i am reverted again atSergi Roberto,i give up!
Attentively, keep up the good workRevampedEditor(talk)18:23, 10 July 2024 (UTC)
- Contribute to discuss on WikiProject Football and WikiProject Catalonia and STOP REVERTING. An administrator have clearly say it is a consensus on these definitions. StopPanenkazo(talk)18:31, 10 July 2024 (UTC)
Mr. Iggy and Mr. Panenkazo, i have already been reverted again, i stop! Now, i suggest to the latter to go enforce this approach on ALL footballers (for example, "Dani Olmois a Spanish footballer from Catalonia ", or"Ricardo Sanzolis a Spanish footballer from Navarre ")!
Good evening everybody --RevampedEditor(talk)18:35, 10 July 2024 (UTC)
- Go to WikiProject Catalonia, please. It is the place of central debate.Panenkazo(talk)18:39, 10 July 2024 (UTC)
- Please do be careful about reverting,WP:3RRapplies to content disputes like that. I think RevampedEditor already knows about that rule.Iggy(Swan) (Contribs)18:59, 10 July 2024 (UTC)
In this (now humungous) thread, i have just been accused by the user above of being the IPs that are vandalising (in Mr. Panenkazo's opinion) the pertinent articles. I have already replied, serves me right for not keeping my promise of stopping engaging:( --RevampedEditor(talk)15:03, 11 July 2024 (UTC)
- I apologized to you. There is no need to dramatize the situation.Panenkazo(talk)15:13, 11 July 2024 (UTC)
And i accept the apologies, good afternoon. --RevampedEditor(talk)15:17, 11 July 2024 (UTC)
