Victor Willoughby Pickard(October 23, 1903 – January 11, 2001) was a Canadiantrack and fieldathlete who competed in the1924 Summer Olympicsand in the1928 Summer Olympics.In 1924 he finished fifth thepole vault eventand 28th in thejavelin throw competition.Four years later he finished fourth in thepole vault contest.Pickard won the pole vault event at the1930 British Empire Games.[1]
