Vochepshiy

Vochepshiy(Adyghe:Очэпщый;Russian:Вочепший,romanized:Vočepšij) is arural locality(anaul) in thedistrict of Teuchezhsky(Adyghe:Теуцожь Район) in theRepublic of Adygea,Russia.^[1]

Vochepshiy is located on thePsekups Riverwhich flows into theKuban'sdrainage basinnear Krasnodar Reservoir, 95 kilometers (59 mi) north ofMaykop,14 kilometers (8.7 mi) to the east ofAdygeysk,and about 30 kilometers (19 mi) fromKrasnodar International Airport.

Vochepshiy is anAdyghevillage and the residents are from different Adyghe families, specially the Pshedatok (Adyghe:Пщыдатыкъу), Kosho (Adyghe:Кушу), and Nakai (Adyghe:Нэхая) families.^{[citation needed]}
