Wakayama Station(Hòa ca sơn dịch,Wakayama-eki)is an interchange passengerrailway stationlocated in the city ofWakayama,Wakayama Prefecture,Japan, jointly operated by theWest Japan Railway Company(JR West) and the private railway company Wakayama Electric Railway.

Station layout

The station has twoside platformsand threeisland platforms,serving a total of eight ground-level tracks. The platforms are connected by means of a footbridge and an underground passage.
