Xinxing County,alternatelyromanizedasSunhing,[a]is acountyof theprefecture-levelcityofYunfuin the west ofGuangdongprovince, China.

History[edit]

xin xing county formally established in the third year of da ye era,Sui dynasty(Tùy đại nghiệp tam niên) (607CE). Under theQing(Thanh triều), Xinxing County was administered as part of thecommanderyofZhaoqing.[1]

Notable people:

  • Huineng( huệ năng ) (638–713): sixth ancestor of Chan
  • Cheung Chu ( trương châu ) (1892–1950): entrepreneur of Malaysia
  • Gabriel Suen Shou Kin ( tôn tú càn ): grew up in Hong Kong, now is an entrepreneur of Australia,. and is also a freelancer of Kwangsi cultural quarterly.
  • Su Shuhui ( tô thụ huy )(1951–): Macao politician also a calligrapher
  • Lau, leong wah( lưu lượng hoa ): hong kong actress, she left the entertainment industry and migrated to canada at 1971.
