Yashpal Jain(1912 - 2000)[1]was an Indian writer.[1]
He was born on 1 September 1912 at Vijaygarh, inAligarh district,United Provinces of Agra and Oudh,British India. He published many books, including children's books.[2]AjantaEllora,Ahimsa, the Infallible WeaponandPilgrimages of Indiaare some of his notable works.[3]TheGovernment of Indiaawarded him the fourth highest civilian award ofPadma Shriin 1990.[4]
He died on 10 October 2000.[5]
