Zane Rance Kapeli(born 28 September 1992) is aTonganrugby unionplayer who generally plays as aloose forwardrepresentsTongainternationally and currently plays for clubBay of Plenty Steamers.[1]He was included in theTongan squadfor the2019 Rugby World Cupwhich is held in Japan for the first time and also marks his first World Cup appearance.[2]
