Zhengxing(simplified Chinese:Chính hưng trấn;traditional Chinese:Chính hưng trấn;pinyin:Zhèngxīng Zhèn) is a town inJinggu Dai and Yi Autonomous County,Yunnan,China. As of the 2020 census it had a population of 20,476 and an area of 883-square-kilometre (341 sq mi).
Administrative division

- Xinzhai (Tân trại thôn)
- Shuiping (Thủy bình thôn)
- Menglie (Mãnh liệt thôn)

- Mengnai (Mãnh nãi thôn)
- Weng'an (Ông an thôn)
- Huangcaoba (Hoàng thảo bá thôn)
Geography
[edit]The town is situated at easternJinggu Dai and Yi Autonomous County.The town is bordered to the north byWeiyuan TownandFengshan,to the east and south byNing'er Hani and Yi Autonomous County,and to the west byYizhi Township.
The Xiaohei River (Tiểu hắc giang) flows through the town.
Economy
[edit]The local economy is primarily based upon agriculture. Commercial crops include tobacco,natural rubber,and vegetable. The region also has an abundance oflimestone,copper,lead,andzinc.

As of 2020, theNational Bureau of Statistics of Chinaestimates the town's population now to be 20,476.[2]
Tourist attractions
[edit]The Mengnai Immortal Cave (Mãnh nãi tiên nhân động) is a famous scenic spot in the town, famous for itskarst cave.[3]
Transportation
[edit]TheChina National Highway 323passes across western Zhengxing.
