The map used in the article, File:July 2018 map of Indian Whatsapp lychings.jpg, doesn't seem to be that useful to me. It's too coarse to color a whole state just because one or more lynchings happened there, and doesn't convey any specific information to the reader. It would be better to have pins for specific incidents to give a better sense of geography. Opencooper (talk) 15:52, 16 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I do not believe this should be included. The article relates to a specific period of time during which whatsapp related killings became a national trend leading to various responses and media coverage before ceasing in 2018. An incident mentioned in the article dated July 1, 2018 has 0 deaths and 4 injuries. Merriam Webster defines Lynching as "to put to death (as by hanging) by mob action without legal approval or permission"
