European route E37is a series ofroadsinGermany,that is part of theUnited NationsInternational E-road network.
It connectsBremenandCologne(German:Köln), both inGermany.
The route leavesBremen,where it connects to theE22,theE233and theE234.It then heads immediately south-west, with the first major settlement it passes through beingOsnabrückin theGerman stateofLower Saxony(German:Niedersachsen), where it links with theEuropean Route E30.It then heads south, enteringNorth Rhine-Westphalia(German:Nordrhein-Westfalen) and passing through the city ofDortmundand connecting to theE34,theE41and theE331.
It then heads south throughNorth Rhine-Westphalia,reaching its final destination ofCologne,where it links to theE29,theE31,theE35,and theE40,enabling travel toFrance,Luxembourg,theNetherlands,Switzerland,Italy,Belgium,and even as far asPolandandRussia.
Its total length is 336 km (209 mi).
