John L. Pickitt(July 30, 1933 – March 14, 2020) was alieutenant generalin theUnited States Air Forcewho served as director of theDefense Nuclear Agencyfrom 1985 to 1987.[1]He attended theUnited States Military Academy.[2]He died in 2020 in Charlotte, North Carolina.[3]
