The1874 Nevada gubernatorial electionwas held on 3 November 1874 in order to elect theGovernor of Nevada.The incumbentDemocraticGovernor of NevadaLewis R. Bradleywon re-election toRepublicannominee andNevada State SenatorJohn Clark Hazlett.

General election[edit]

On election day, 3 November 1874, incumbentDemocraticGovernor of NevadaLewis R. Bradleywon the election by a margin of 2,525 votes against his opponentRepublicannomineeJohn Clark Hazlett,thereby retaining Democratic control over the office of Governor. Bradley was sworn in for his second term on 3 January 1875.[1]
