The1922 Moray and Nairn by-electionwas aparliamentary by-electionheld for theBritish House of CommonsconstituencyofMoray and Nairnon 21 June 1922. The seat had become vacant when theCoalition LiberalMember of Parliament(MP)Archibald Williamson, 1st Baron Forreswas elevated to thepeerageasBaron Forres.He had held the seat since its creation at the1918 general election.

TheCoalition Liberalcandidate,Thomas Maule Guthrie,was returned unopposed. He represented the constituency until his defeat at the1923 general election.[1]
