The1952Pro Bowlwas theNFL's second annualall-star gamewhich featured the league's outstanding performers from the1951 season.The game was played on January 12, 1952, at theLos Angeles Memorial ColiseuminLos Angeles, Californiain front of 19,400 fans. The National Conference squad defeated the American Conference by a score of 30–13.[1][2]

The National team was led by theLos Angeles Rams'Joe StydaharwhilePaul Brownof theCleveland Brownscoached the American stars.[3]Los Angeles Ramsrunning backDan Towlerwas named the game'soutstanding player.[4]

Each player on the victorious National roster received $600, while the losing American players took away $500 each.[2]
