The1957 Limerick Senior Hurling Championshipwas the 63rd staging of theLimerick Senior Hurling Championshipsince its establishment by theLimerick County Boardin 1887.
Cappamorewere thedefending champions,however, they were defeated bySt. Patrick's.
On 29 September 1957,Claughaunwon the championship after a 7–07 to 3–02 defeat of St. Patrick's in the final.[1]It was their sixth championship title overall and their first championship title since1926.
