2019 South Kesteven District Council election

The2019 South Kesteven District Council electiontook place on 2 May 2019 to elect members ofSouth KestevenDistrict Council. This was on the same day as otherlocal elections.The entire council (56 seats) was up for election. The incumbentConservativeslost 5 seats andUKIPlost 1, whileindependentsgained 5 and theLiberal Democratsgained 2.[1]Two wards (Aveland and Dole Wood) did not hold a vote, as an equal number of candidates ran as seats available.
