The2024-25Primera División Femenina de Fútbolseason,branded asLiga F,is the 37th and current edition of the Primera División Femenina de España de fútbol. The tournament is organised by theLiga Profesional Femenina de Fútbol (LPFF).
Barcelona are the defending champions after winning the previous edition unbeaten (29 wins, 1 draw).[1]
The competition is scheduled to start on 8 September 2024, and end on 18 May 2025. This will mean the season ends before the2024–25 UEFA Women's Champions Leagueand2024–25 Copa de la Reina de Fútboldo. Despite the shortened season, the Liga F said it is not planned for there to be any midweek matches.[2][3]
