85th Brigade

The85th Brigadewas a formation of theBritish Army.It was originally formed from regular army battalions serving away from home in theBritish Empire.It was assigned to the28th Divisionand served on theWestern Frontand theMacedonian Frontduring theFirst World War.The Brigade was temporarily attached to the3rd Divisionbetween February and April 1915.
