Aergo Capital Limitedis an Irishaircraft leasingand trading company which was founded in 1999.[1]Originally formed byDenis O'Brienand Fred Browne,[2]in October 2014 Aergo Capital partnered with CarVal Investors and is now under the ownership of funds managed by Carval Investors.[3][4]

By late 2014, Aergo had reportedly "traded more than 150 aircraft" with over 50 airlines.[5]As of 2017, these airlines includedEthiopian Airlines,South African Airways,Jet Airwaysin India andLion Airin Indonesia.[6]As of November 2016, Aergo had a fleet of 30 aircraft.[7]In November 2022, an article in theIrish Independentsuggested that the company had acquired Seraph Aviation, bringing its fleet "to more than 300 aircraft".[8]The company's website lists aircraft includingATR 72s,Boeing 737s,Airbus A320sandAirbus A330s.[9]

The company, which is headquartered inDublin,[8]was reportedly involved in a legal action withAir Italyin late 2008.[10][11]
