Agat Bayis a bay on the west coast ofGuam.Its northern boundary is theOrote Peninsula,occupied entirely byNaval Base Guam,which itself lies within the village ofSånta Rita-Sumai.The bay stretches south along the coast of the village ofHågat(formerly, Agat) toFacpi Point.With a length of some seven kilometers, the bay stretches for nearly one fifth of the west coast of Guam. TheAsan Invasion Beachof the 1944Battle of Guamis commemorated by the Agat Unit ofWar in the Pacific National Historical Park,which spans surce and subsurface areas from Apaca Point toBangi Point.The NRHP-listedAgat World War II Amtracis submerged offAgat Cemetery.

The northern part of the bay is protected by an offshore reef.Blue Hole,one of Guam's most popularscuba divingsites, is located in the northwest corner of the bay.Agat Marinain the southern portion of the bay has 100 slips and mainly berths residential and recreational vessels, with some commercial vessels.[2]Further south isNimitz Beach,a popular snorkeling spot containing the small offshoreAnae Island.
