Aimsir(Irish:[ˈamʲʃəɾʲ],"weather, season" ) is arestaurantinCounty Kildare,Ireland.[1][2][3]The head chef is Jordan Bailey, formerly ofMaaemo,and his wife Majken Bech is manager.[4]
Located inLyons Demesnenext to Aylmer Bridge on theGrand Canal,Aimsir opened in 2019 and won two Michelin stars in its first year, one of only four Irish restaurants ever to get that honour.[5][6][7]
