Arthur Maulet(/mɑːˈlɛt/mah-LET;[1]born July 13, 1993) is an American professionalfootballcornerbackfor theBaltimore Ravensof theNational Football League(NFL). He playedcollege footballatMemphis,and was signed by theNew Orleans Saintsas anundrafted free agentin 2017. He has also been a member of theIndianapolis Colts,New York Jets,andPittsburgh Steelers.
College career
[edit]As a senior at Memphis, Maulet played in all 13 games and recorded 73tackles,7.5tackles for loss,4.5sacks,twointerceptions,15passes defencedand two forcedfumbles.

New Orleans Saints (first stint)
[edit]Maulet signed with theNew Orleans Saintsas an undrafted free agent on May 1, 2017.[4]He was waived on September 2, 2017, and was signed to the Saints'practice squadthe next day.[5][6]He was promoted to the active roster on September 23, 2017, but was waived two days later and re-signed to the practice squad.[7][8]He was promoted back to the active roster on December 2, 2017.[9]
On September 21, 2018, Maulet was waived by the Saints.[10]
Indianapolis Colts
[edit]On September 24, 2018, Maulet was claimed off waivers by theIndianapolis Colts.[11]He was waived on November 20, 2018.[12]
New Orleans Saints (second stint)
[edit]On November 26, 2018, Maulet was signed to the Saints practice squad.[13]
New York Jets
[edit]On January 29, 2019, Maulet signed a reserve/future contract with theNew York Jets.[14] In Week 3 against theNew England Patriots,Maulet recovered a fumble by punt returnerGunner Olszewskiin the endzone for a touchdown as the Jets lost 30-14.[15]He was waived on October 15 and re-signed to the practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster on October 30.[16]
Maulet re-signed with the Jets on May 6, 2020.[17]He was placed oninjured reserveon September 22, 2020 with a groin injury.[18]He was activated on October 31.[19]
In Week 11 against theLos Angeles Chargers,Maulet recorded his first career sack onJustin Herbertduring the 34–28 loss.[20]
Pittsburgh Steelers
[edit]ThePittsburgh Steelerssigned Maulet to a one-year contract on May 7, 2021.[21]
On March 14, 2022, Maulet signed a two-year contract extension with the Steelers.[22]
Maulet was released on May 10, 2023.[23]
Baltimore Ravens
[edit]TheBaltimore Ravenssigned Maulet to a one-year contract on July 25, 2023.[24]He played in 14 games with three starts as a slot corner and blitzer, recording 37 tackles, five passes defensed, and one interception.[25]
On March 19, 2024, Maulet signed a two-year contract extension with the Ravens.[26]He was placed on injured reserve on August 27 due to a knee injury.[27]He was activated on October 22.
