Billington and Langhois acivil parishin theRibble Valleydistrict ofLancashire,England,covering the villages ofBillingtonandLanghoand the hamlets ofYorkand Old Langho and thegated communitycalledBrockhall Village.
According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 4,555, however theUnited Kingdom Census 2011grouped the parish withDinckley(2001 pop. 83), giving a total of 5,415.[2][1][3]
