Cassie Stokes(born 5 April 1987)[2]is a television presenter withTV3.
Career
[edit]She initially joined TV3 as a Promotions Assistant.[3]She appeared on-screen as theTwittercorrespondent onTonight with Vincent Browne,helping the experienced journalist figure out how to use the "Tweet machine" live on air.[4]Mario Rosenstockreferred to her in his television sketches on the programme ahead of the2011 general election.[5]She considers Browne her mentor and maintained contact with him for years afterwards.[2]
She worked as a cyber reporter on the3eprogrammeFYIfor three years until 2013.[4][6]She left Ireland in 2013 and worked as a co-host onEntertainment Tonight Canada.[4][3]TV3 asked her to audition as a presenter onXposéas cover forKaren KosterandAisling O'Loughlin,who were both going on maternity leave.[3][2]In April 2016, she was announced as a new presenter ofXposé.[3][7]
