Career

[edit]Born inMeghalaya,Lyngdoh began his footballing career playing for his school team in theSubroto Cup.[1]He was then part of the youth set-up of localShillong-based club Nangkiew Irat, playing for them in the local state under-19 league.[2]After impressing in the under-19 league, Lyngdoh was selected to join thePune F.C. Academy.[3]
Churchill Brothers (loan)
[edit]After thePune F.C. Academywas bought out byIndian Super LeaguesidePune City,Lyngdoh was loaned out toChurchill Brothers,who then played in theGoa Professional League.[4]He played for the club during the2016 GPL season.[5]He was then included in the squad for Churchill Brothers' upcomingI-Leagueseason.[6]He made his professional debut for the club on 18 January 2017 in the league againstEast Bengal.He came on as an 88th-minute substitute forBrandon Fernandesas Churchill Brothers lost 2–0.[7]The 19-year-old played a total of 1121 minutes for Churchill Brothers and scored three goals, two of them were the winners againstBengaluru FCandMohun Bagan.
Mohun Bagan
[edit]In July 2017, Mohun Bagan signed lyngdoh for the upcomingCalcutta Football Leagueandi-Leagueseasons.[8][9]He made his debut for the club in the2017–18 Calcutta Premier Divisionmatch againstSouthern Samity.He scored his first goal for the club in a 3–0 win against Railway fc.[10]Later he started for Bagan in their2017–18 I-Leagueseason opener match againstMinerva Punjab.[11]However he only made 3 appearances for the club and eventually he was released after theI-Leagueseason.
Pune City'B' / Pune City
[edit]In March 2018 he returned toPune City.He was included in thePune City Reservessquad for the2017–18 I-League 2nd Division.He made his debut for the club in a 0–0 draw againstReal Kashmir.He scored three goals[12]from 6 matches which includes a brace againstLonestar Kashmir.His performance for the reserve side caught the eyes ofPune Cityhead coachRanko Popovicand was included in the first team's squad for2018 Indian Super Cup.
Lyngdoh made his debut for the first team ofPune cityon 4 April 2018 coming on as a 74th-minute substitute forAshique KuruniyanagainstShillong lajong;Pune city lost 2–3.[13]
Churchill Brothers
[edit]In 2019 season he joined Churchill brothers. He was included in the Churchill' squad for2018–19 Goa Professional League.However, in the middle of the season first team coachPetre Gigiuincluded him into theI-Leaguesquad. He made a total of 10 Appearances for the club in the2018–19 I-LeagueSeason.
