Cole Hammer(born August 28, 1999) is an Americanprofessional golfer.

College career

Hammer competed for theTexas Longhornsand wasBig 12 Conferencechampion in 2021.[1][2]

Amateur career

Hammer has competed in three U.S. Opens and two Walker Cups.[3]

In 2018, he won theU.S. Amateur Four-Ball,partnering withGarrett Barber.[4]

Additionally, in 2019 he won theMark H. McCormack Medalas the best amateur golfer in the world.[5]

In 2022, Hammer ended his college and amateur career as part of the winning team at the2022 NCAA Division I Championship.[6]

Professional career

Hammer turned professional in June 2022 after the NCAA Championship and made his professional debut at theWichita Openon theKorn Ferry Tour.He has status on the tour for the remainder of 2022.[6]
