Colm Honan(born 1954) is anIrishformerhurlerwho played as a midfielder for theClaresenior team.[1]

Honan joined the team during the1974 championshipand became a regular player until his retirement at the end of the1984 championship.During that time he won back-to-backNational Hurling Leaguewinners' medals and anAll-Staraward.[2]His son,Darach Honan,played for the Clare senior hurling team, before retiring in 2017.[3][citation needed]

At club level Honan had a lengthy career withClonlara.
