TheDarul Aman Stadium(Malay:Stadium Darul Aman) is amulti-purposeall-seater stadiuminAlor Setar,Kedah,Malaysia.It is currently used mostly forfootballmatches.[2]The stadium was opened officially by the Sultan of Kedah in 1962 duringMalaya's 1-0 victory againstSouth Korea.[3]It has a capacity of 24,644 seats after the expansion in 1997. It was one of the venues for the1997 FIFA World Youth Championship.It is the official stadium forMalaysian Super LeagueclubKedah Darul Aman FC.
