History

Dedhrota was a sixth classjurisdictional[2]princely state in the Sabar Kantha Thana inMahi Kantha Agencyruled byKolichieftains. It consisted of villages and a population of 725. Its annual revenue wasRs.2,203 (equivalent to ₹958,686 in 2023) and it was a tributary to theBaroda State.[3]It covered an area of 10 square miles (26 km2).[4]
