Electoral district of Warringah

Warringahwas anelectoral districtof theLegislative Assemblyin theAustralianstate ofNew South Walesand named after and including theWarringahregion of the northeastern suburbs ofSydney.It was created in 1894, when multi-member districts were abolished,[1]and the three memberdistrict of St Leonardswas divided between Warringah, St Leonards andWilloughby.[2][3]It was abolished in 1904 as a result of the1903 New South Wales referendum,which required the number of members of the Legislative Assembly to be reduced from 125 to 90,[4]and was partly replaced byMiddle Harbour.[5][6][7]
