TheFinn Valley Postwas a free local newspaper inCounty Donegal,Ireland, based in the town ofBallybofey.The paper was first published on 18 July 2007 by theRiver Mediagroup, which produced other local titles such as theDonegal PostandLetterkenny Post.The newspaper covers much of east and central County Donegal, includingBallybofey,Stranorlar,RaphoeandLifford.Its name derives from theRiver Finnwhich flows through the area.

In November 2018,River Mediasold the newspaper (along with six other regional titles) toIconic Newspapers.[2][3]
