Francesc Antich Oliver(Catalan:[fɾənˈsəskənˈtikoliˈve];born November 28, 1958) is aVenezuelan-bornSpanish politician,who was thePresident of the Balearic Islandsbetween 1999 and 2003, and 2007 and 2011. He also was the Secretary General of theSocialist Party of the Balearic Islands,a branch of theSSWP.[3]
He was born inCaracasto Spanish emigrants fromVenezuela.
