Description
[edit]The bakery has servedbriocheandmochidoughnuts,[3]blueberry Danish, lemonteacake,[4]and other Japanese-[5]andFrench-inspired[6]baked goods.[7]The business has also served fondant chocolate, curry buns,[8]pastel de nata,[9]and chocolate covered orange slices.[10]

History
[edit]Originally opened in 2009 by Akihiro Nakamura,[12]it was sold in 2017 to Susien Lee who now owns the business.[5][13]Fuji Bakery was a vendor at theChinatown–International District's annual Dragon Fest in 2013.[14]
One location was burglarized in late 2020.[15]The Chinatown-International District location was vandalized multiple times in 2022.[16]
