GeoXACMLstands forGeospatial eXtensible Access Control Markup Language.It defines a geo-specific extension toXACMLVersion 2.0, as it was ratified byOASIS standards organizationon 1 February 2005. The GeoXACML specification for XACML 3.0 (2017) is currently in draft.

GeoXACML version 1.0.1 is standardized by theOpen Geospatial Consortium (OGC).
