Glenn Kessler(born April 6, 1970) is an Americanscreenwriter,television producer,actor,anddirector.

Early life and education

Kessler grew up in the suburbs ofDetroitsuburb and graduated from theCranbrook Kingswood SchoolinBloomfield Hillsin 1988. Later he attended Harvard University, graduating in 1992 and thenNew York University'sGraduate Acting Programat theTisch School of the Arts,graduating in 1997.[1]

Career

He is the co-creator and executive producer of theGolden Globeaward-winningFXdrama seriesDamagesalong with his younger brother,Todd A. Kessler,andDaniel Zelman.[2]He also stars on the show as FBI agent Werner. The three creators were nominated for anEmmy AwardforOutstanding Writing for a Drama Seriesfor their work on theDamagespilot episode "Get Me A Lawyer".

In 2015, the Kessler brothers and Zelman created theNetflixoriginal series,Bloodline.The show was cancelled in 2016, and ended its run after its third season, which aired in 2017.[3]

Personal life

He has been married to actressJulie Clairesince 2010 and they have three children.
