Globicetusis an extinct genus ofziphiidaecetaceans,with one species,G. hiberus,from theMioceneof Portugal and Spain.[1] Theholotypeis a skull in theMuseu da Lourinhã,in Portugal.G. hiberusis notable for having a large, spherical mass of bone on itsrostrum.
