After his departure from the ex-Fnaticline up, pronax set off to create his own team. On 21 June 2018, the team announced that they have ceased all operations immediately.[5]GODSENT stated that the decision was made "unanimously by all the parties" involved in the management of the organisation and that shutting down was "the best solution for everyone involved."

In September 2019, GODSENT resumed operations after it merged withThe Final Tribe,a Swedish esports organization.[6]Later that year, in November, it acquiredSMASH Esports's CS:GO roster.[7]

In April 2020, GODSENT acquired twoTom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siegerosters.[8][9]
