Gombak LRT station(previously known as the Terminal PUTRA) is alight rapid transit(LRT) station in theGombak District,Selangor,Malaysia.It is the northern terminus of theLRT Kelana Jaya Line.

There is a ticket counter for buses toGenting Highlands,with buses departing to theGenting Skyway stationevery half-hour.[3]These buses are operated byResorts World Berhad.This station is normally utilised by residents ofKuala Lumpur,especially those living aroundSetapakarea when they are going to Genting.

The Gombak toll plaza, the beginning of theEast Coast Expressway,is one kilometre north from this station.

Currently, this station is the northernmost station in theRapid KLtransport network.

Plans

Under theNinth Malaysia Plan,a transportation hub known as the Gombak Integrated Transportation Terminal (GITT) was planned to cater for express buses coming in from the east coast of Malaysia, similar toTerminal Bersepadu Selatan,an integrated hub inBandar Tasik Selatan.[4]As of 2022, construction has started and will also provide the LRT station with a connection to the futureEast Coast Rail Link(ECRL).[5][6][7]
