Baker began his college baseball career atChipola College.As a freshman, he made 26 appearances and finished the season with a 2–1 record with seven saves and a 5.04 ERA. Baker was also selected in the 16th round of the2019 Major League Baseball Draftby theLos Angeles Dodgers,but opted not to sign and instead transferred to Auburn.[1]As a sophomore at Auburn he had 9.53 earned run average in 5.2 innings pitched over six relief appearances before the season was cut short due to thecoronavirus pandemic.After the school year, Baker transferred back to Chipola College. He made 15 starts and went 7–2 with a 3.45 ERA and 92 strikeouts in57+1⁄3innings pitched.[2]

Cabrera signed with thePhiladelphia Philliesas an international free agent in July 2019.[14]He did not play in a game 2020 due to the cancellation of the minor league season because of theCOVID-19 pandemic,and did not make his professional debut until 2021 with theDominican Summer League Phillies White.Philadelphia Phillies 2024 Media Guide</ref> In 13 starts in theDominican Summer League,Cabrera finished with a 1.54 ERA, good for 6th in the league. For his efforts, he was also awarded thePaul Owens Awardas the best pitcher in the Phillies system for the 2021 season. Following the season, Cabrera pitched for theTiburones de La Guairaof theVenezuelan Professional Baseball League.[15]
Cabrera was promoted to theClearwater Threshersof theSingle-AFlorida State Leagueto start the 2022 season. On the season, he struggled to a 5.24 ERA over 46.1 innings of work. Returning to Clearwater to start the 2023 season, Cabrera's ERA improved to 4.32 as he threw 81.1 innings.[15]He started 2024 with theHigh-AJersey Shore BlueClawsof theSouth Atlantic Leaguebefore being promoted to theReading Fightin Philsof theDouble-AEastern Leaguein July.[16]

Castellano signed with thePhiladelphia Philliesas an international free agent on July 2, 2018.[17]He did not pitch at all during the 2019 season, then was unable to pitch in 2020 as well due to theCOVID-19 pandemic.He finally made his professional debut with theAguilas del Zuliaof theVenezuelan Professional Baseball Leaguelater that year.[15]Castellano made his affiliated debut in 2021 with theDominican Summer League Phillies White,posting a 1.09 ERA in 33 innings of work. He was promoted to theClearwater Threshersof theSingle-AFlorida State Leaguefor the 2022 season, where he would record a 3.51 ERA in 51.1 innings of work. Returning to Clearwater for the 2023 season, Castellano's results backed up, with his ERA ballooning to 5.04 in 50 innings of work.[15]
Castellano began the 2024 season with theHigh-AJersey Shore BlueClawsof theSouth Atlantic Leaguebefore being promoted to theReading Fightin Philsof theDouble-AEastern Leaguein July.[17]It would be a breakout season for him, as he'd work to a 3.99 ERA over 22 appearances between both levels, while also being the system's Minor League Pitcher of the Month for July.[17]For his efforts, he'd be named the pitching winner of thePaul Owens Awardfor the 2024 season.[17]

Carlos De La Cruz(born October 6, 1999) is an Americanprofessional baseballoutfielderin thePhiladelphia Philliesorganization.
De La Cruz was originally discovered by the Phillies scouting department in 2017 at the age of 17 playing for an amateur travel team in New York.[18]He would sign with the Phillies on August 23, 2017 for a bonus of $50,000 as an undrafted free agent before participating in theFlorida Instructional Leaguelater in the year.[18]
De La Cruz made his professional debut in 2018 with theRookie-levelGulf Coast League Phillies Eastof theGulf Coast League.He finished the season with a.284 average and six home runs in 43 games. De La Cruz was promoted to theLakewood BlueClawsof theSingle–ASouth Atlantic Leaguefor the 2019 season.[19]He finished the season with a.220 average and seven home runs in 117 games.[19]De La Cruz did not play in a game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the Minor League Baseball season because of theCOVID-19 pandemic.De La Cruz shuttled between the FCL Phillies, Jersey Shore BlueClaws, andClearwater Threshers,playing in 63 total games and hitting.181.[19]De La Cruz started the 2022 season at Jersey Shore. After slashing.266/.344/.463 over 64 games, he was promoted to theReading Fightin Philsof theDouble-AEastern League.[20]In 38 contests with Reading, De La Cruz hit.278 and finished the season with 17 home runs.[19]After the 2022 season, he played in the Arizona Fall League.[21]He was also named a MiLB Organization All-Star.[22]De La Cruz returned to Reading for the 2023 season, finishing with a.259 average and 24 home runs in 129 contests. He was also named an Eastern League Post-Season All-Star.[23]Following the season, De La Cruz played for theGigantes del Cibaoof theDominican Winter League.[24]He would return to Reading for the start of the 2024 season.

The son of MLB playerMarc Kroon,Matt grew up inScottsdale, Arizona,and attendedHorizon High School.[25][26]He received two all-state selections there and batted.412 as asenior;Kroon was selected in the 38th round of the2015 Major League Baseball draftby theCincinnati Reds.[25][27]Rather than sign with the Reds, Kroon playedcollege baseballwith theOregon Ducks,batting.184 in 35 games with the team in his first year.[28]He transferred toCentral Arizona Collegeas asophomoreand posted 20runs batted in(RBIs) and twohome runswhile batting.266 in 46 games for the school.[28]
Kroon was selected by thePhiladelphia Philliesin the 30th round of the2017 Major League Baseball draft,but remained in school, transferring a second time to theOklahoma State Cowboys.[28]He played 57 games with the Cowboys and batted.300 with 11 home runs and 39 RBIs.[29]
Kroon was chosen in the 18th round of the2018 Major League Baseball draftby the Phillies.[30]He played two years at theRookie leagueandClass Alevels, with the 2020 season being canceled due to theCOVID-19 pandemic,before being promoted to theDouble-AReading Fightin Philsin 2021.[31]He batted.301 and had five home runs along with 22 RBIs with the Fightin Phils in 2021, buttore his ACLearly on in the 2022 season, resulting in him missing all but two games.[32]He returned in 2023 and played with teams at theHigh-A,Double-A andTriple-Alevels, batting a combined.326, which included 11 home runs and 58 RBIs.[33]He began the 2024 season with the Triple-ALehigh Valley IronPigs.[34]

McGarry grew up inPortola Valley, Californiaand attended theMenlo SchoolinAtherton, California.[35]He was selected in 31st round by theTexas Rangersin2017 Major League Baseball draft,but opted not to sign with the team.[36]
McGarry playedcollege baseballatVirginia.He posted an 8.15 ERA in 11 appearances as a freshman.[37]Following the season, he playedcollegiate summer baseballwith theKeene Swamp Batsof theNew England Collegiate Baseball League.[38]McGarry was named the Cavaliers' opening day starter going into his sophomore season and went 3–5 with a 4.56 ERA.[39]After the 2019 season he played for theHyannis Harbor Hawksin theCape Cod Baseball League.[40][41]As a junior, McGarry went 3–0 with a 1.35 ERA and 31 strikeouts in 20 innings pitched before the season was cut short due to thecoronavirus pandemic.[42]As a senior, he struggled with his control at the start of the season and lost his spot in Virginia's starting rotation.[43]He regained form in the second half of the season after striking out eight batters in 3.1 innings against Old Dominion and finished the season with an 0–5 record with a 5.44 ERA, 69 strikeouts and 42 walks in 43 innings pitched.[42][44]McGarry was selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 5th round of the2021 Major League Baseball Draft.[45]
McGarry began his professional career with theLow-AClearwater Threshers.He was promoted to theHigh-AJersey Shore BlueClawsand finished the season with 1–0 record with one save and a 2.96 ERA and 43 strikeouts in24+1⁄3innings pitched.[46]

Mitchell Carl Neunborn(born June 27, 1997) is a South Africanprofessional baseballpitcherin thePhiladelphia Philliesorganization.
Neunborn played collegiately atNorth Iowa Area Community Collegeduring the 2017 season, playing shortstop while also pitching occasionally.[47]In 47 games, he hit.331 with 13 home runs. Neunborn also posted a 3.18 ERA over 5.2 innings across three pitching appearances with the Trojans. The following summer, he played for theMedford Rogues,batting.291 with 9 runs in 29 games.[48]Neunborn also made two appearances on the mound, posting a 4.50 ERA in two innings.
He made his professional debut with thePerth Heatof theAustralian Baseball Leagueduring the2019-20 ABL season,mostly appearing as a pitcher for the Heat.[49]Neunborn pitched to a 1.86 ERA over 9.2 innings across four appearances. Neunborn signed with theAdelaide Giantsfor the2019-20 ABL season,during which he'd capture the league's rookie of the year award while pitching to a 1.75 ERA over five starts of 25.2 total innings.[50]During thecancelled 2021-22 ABL season,he pitched for the West Torrens Eagles, pitching to a 0.19 ERA with the club en route to a championship. Returning to Adelaide for the2022-23 ABL season,Neunborn was one of the league's best relief pitchers, registering a 2.25 ERA in 28 innings across 13 appearances. Following the season, Neunborn signed with theQuébec Capitalesof theFrontier League.He would also be named to theAustralia national baseball team's roster for the2023 World Baseball Classicthe following month.[51]
On March 29, 2023, prior to the start of the2023 Frontier League season,Neunborn's contract was purchased by thePhiladelphia Philliesfrom the Capitales.[52]He spent the 2023 season with theHigh-AJersey Shore Blue Claws,earning a pitcher of the week nod and later playing in theArizona Fall League.[15]Neunborn would begin the 2024 season with theDouble-AReading Fightin Phils.

Pan spent most of 2024 with Jersey Shore while working around injury issues, throwing 21 of his 29.1 total innings for the season with the team. After the season, he was assigned to theGlendale Desert Dogsof theArizona Fall League.[53]
Pan has represented theChinese Taipei national baseball teamin international competition. He participated in the2019 U-18 Baseball World Cup,allowing 3 earned runs in 5.1 innings of work over 3 appearances, as the team would go on to win the championship. Pan was a more productive member of their team for the2020 U-23 Baseball World Cup,allowing no earned runs over 4 appearances totaling 4 innings of work, but the team would fall in the Super Round. Rincones was born inBoynton Beach, Floridato Venezuelan parents and his family moved toVenezuelashortly after he was born. His family relocated toScotlandwhen he was six years old after his father, a former pitcher in theSeattle Marinerssystem, was hired as an offshore safety advisor in the oil industry.[56][57]Rincones moved back to Venezuela at age 12 to play baseball and lived with an aunt before moving to live with another aunt inTampa, Florida,where he'd eventually attendPlant High School.[58]
Rincones played junior college baseball atSt. Petersburg College.As a freshman, he batted.432 with 11 doubles, four home runs and 28 RBIs. Rincones was named theFlorida State College Activities Association(FCSAA) Player of the Year after hitting for a.415 average with 19 doubles, six home runs, and 43 RBIs during his sophomore season. He also committed to transfer toFlorida Atlantic University(FAU) for his remaining eligibility.[59]Rincones drafted by theSan Diego Padresin the 19th round of the2021 Major League Baseball draft,but opted not to sign with the team.[60]In his only season playing for the FAU Owls, Rincones batted.346 with 19 home runs and 69 RBIs and was named theConference USANewcomer of the Year.[61]
Rincones was selected in the third round of the2022 Major League Baseball draftby thePhiladelphia Phillies.[62]He would make his professional debut in 2023 for theSingle-AClearwater Threshers,before being promoted to theHigh-AJersey Shore BlueClawson June 12.[15]Rincones opened the 2024 season with theDouble-AReading Fightin Phils.He posted a.300/.417/.600 slash line across 60 plate appearances with the team before landing on the injured list due a right thumb ligament tear on April 24.[63]After a late season return, Rincones finished the season with a.263/.357/.487 slash line at the AA level. He was then sent to theGlendale Desert Dogsof theArizona Fall Leaguefollowing the season.
Rincones has represented theGreat Britain national baseball teamin international competition.[64]Competing with the team during the2021 European Baseball Championship,Rincones playes in six games, hitting.259 with three doubles and four RBI.[65]
