Han Jae-suk(Korean:한재석;born August 12, 1973), bornHan Sang-woo(한상우) is a South Korean actor. Personal life
[edit]Han began dating actressPark Sol-miafter they worked together onThe Great Merchantin 2010.[2][3]They wed at Aston House,SheratonGrande Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul on April 21, 2013.[4][5][6][7][8]Park's agency announced in September 2013 that the couple is expecting their first child.[9] On March 23, 2014, she gave birth to their daughter.[10]
Controversy
[edit]Draft-dodging scandal investigation
[edit]In 2004 Han became involved in a draft-dodging scandal after investigations revealed that he and fellow actorsSong Seung-heonandJang Hyukpaid a broker ₩200-300 million to help them fail the medical exam and avoidmandatory military service.[11][12]Amid widespread public condemnation, their exemptions were reversed and they enlisted that year, then were eventually discharged in 2006.[13][14]
