Hananasifalso spelled,Hana Nasif(Kata ya Hananasif,inSwahili) is an administrative ward inKinondoni Districtof theDar es Salaam RegioninTanzania.The ward is surrounded to the north by the wards ofKinondoniandMsasani.The ward is bordered to the east byKivukoniandUpanga WestofIlala MC.The ward is bordered byMwanayamalato the west andMagomenito the south. The ward is home to the well-knownKinondoni Cemetery,where notable figures likeHerman Lupogo,Steve Kabyumba,andJosina Machelare interred. The ward is home to the Embassy of Russia and the Embassy of Switzerland. According to the 2012 census, the ward has a population of 37,115.[1]

[edit]The ward, like every other ward in the country, has local government offices based on the population served.The Hananasif Wardadministration building houses a court as per the Ward Tribunal Act of 1988, including other vital departments for the administration the ward.[3]The ward has the following administration offices:
