Hopang(Parauk:Ho Pang,Chinese:Hộ bản;pinyin:Hùbǎn,Burmese:ဟိုပန်မြို့) is the capital ofHopang Township,Shan State,Myanmar(Burma). It is also the government designated capital of theWa Self-Administered Division.[1][2]

Hopang is located in the valley of theNam Ting River,a tributary of theSalween.[3][4]
