Hualiwas a car brand ofFAW Tianjin,a member ofFirst Automotive Works Group,which specialised in compact vehicles. Huali's first vehicle was a minibus named Dafa (see under products). Huali licensed Daihatsu models from 2003 onwards including theHappy Messengerbased on the Daihatsu Move and theHuali Dariobased on the Daihatsu Dario (it was later called theZotye Nomadas well). All products were sold under theFAW-Jia xing brand from 2008.[1]
